An attractive map shows a bird’s eye view of Bavaria with images of most important monuments depicted in margins. Text on the back describes Bavaria.

The map was a part of a series of 30 separately published maps, issued by an American-German Gas Company, based in the Barerstrasse in Munich. The company was founded in 1890 and was later renamed into ESSO, which still exixts under this name today.
