Description
The play was first published in parts in a magazine Literary Quarterly and separately in 1934. Today the play is considered one of the milestones of the Chinese theater.
This first and only translation to Esperanto, which many Chinese trust to be the only neutral language of the world, a thought common for the socialist and communist countries, was made in 1997 and is extremely rare outside China.
Worldcat lists the book with no known examples in institutions.
