Description
Avanzâde Mehmed Süleyman (1871 – 1922) was a prolific Ottoman writer and translator of books on various subjects. This book was issued in a series of three separately published books Yeni Yemek Kitablarından, the other two being on vegetables and eggs (both issued in 1919).
