The publication issued by the Ottoman government contains valid trade agreements and treaties with several countries, including Germany, England, Russia, France, Prussia, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Sicily, the United States, Sweden, Sardinia, Tuscany, and Hamburg. It also includes an additional document on the international commercial pact.

The book was published during the Tanzimat period, a time when the Ottoman Empire sought to modernize and engage with the West.

We could trace one institutional example outside Turkish libraries housed at the National Library of Israel.
