A book was published to promote a movement for education of adults all over the Kingdom of Yugoslavia after WWI, based on the teaching method of Miljenko Vidović from Sarajevo, Bosnia. The movement supported a theory, that education could prevent further misunderstandings among people and wars. The book includes copies of letters and newspaper articles from all over the world praising the Vidović’es method.
The richly illustrated last part of the book showcases portraits of the members of the movement, school classes all over Yugoslavia etc.
The map shows how this educational system from Sarajevo, in the center of the Kingdom SHS, influenced other big cities of the world.
