A rare printed pamphlet in German language is a privilege by the prince-elector of Bavaria Charles Albert Carl Roman Meyern from Austria to sell tobacco.

The text was also published as a broadside. This pamphlet version of the text is much rarer. We could only trace one example in institutions worldwide (Bavarian State Library).
