[Customs commercial arrangement concluded on September 5, 1902 between the Ottoman Empire and Persia]   4°, 4 pp., original green wrappers with lettering (tears and cracks in margins, wrappers little age-toned in margins).  

  Very rare – the official first printing of the first comprehensive trade agreement between the Ottoman Empire and the Kingdom of Serbia, presented in parallel French and Ottoman Turkish text, published by the Imprimerie Osmanié in Constantinople in 1906.

Travelogue by the second Ottoman ambassador in Berlin, which influenced sultan Salim III to reform the Ottoman administration and base it on the Prussian model. This printed version was published a century later, on the eve of the of Germany’s taking over a large part of the Ottoman finances and railways.

  The map showcases the region between the Sanjak of Zor to Basra, with an inset map representing the area of today’s Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain with marked Kuwait, Qatif, Manama, Najd and Al-Ahsa.   Colour lithography, 19 x 27 cm (7.5 x 10.6 inches), (slightly age-toned and stained in the margins, otherwise in a good condition).
