Description
A first edition of a joyful novel from the Zagreb life of the 1920s, accompanied by music charts, depicting the popular songs, sung by the characters in the novel, was named after a popular bathing area on the river Sava in Zagreb.
Among more elite authors at the time the writer was considered, as one of the those, who “degraded novels to the level of the entertaining literature for the circles, who do not think” (…degraduju roman na zabavnu lektiru za krugove, koji mnogo ne misle; Hrvatska prosvjeta, Kolo hrvatskih književnika, 1921).
This is the first edition. The second edition was published in 2016.
We could find two institutional examples on Worldcat.
