  An extremely rare magazine, issued in Tatar language in Ottoman script in Kazan, at the time in Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (today Russia), with highly decortative illustrations, printed in offset lithography by popular Tatarstan artists in Art Deco style.

  A collection of early Esperanto translations of poetry from the Antiquity to modern times was made by a Hungarian Esperantist Kálmán Kalocsay.

  A very rare and fascinating separately-issued map of the Acropolis of the Pergamon, one of the greatest archaeological sites of Classical antiquity, located near modern Izmir, Turkey, based upon the pioneering excavations of the Deutsches Archäologisches Institut, plus more recent observations, with text in 5 languages, compiled by the conservator Aristodème G. Sofiano. 

  A unique hand drawing of the land around Balei, what is today the northmost point of Bulgaria, in Serbian Cyrillic and Ottoman Turkish was made in 1873, to establish a new border between the Ottoman Empire and Serbia.

  A first edition of Wartinger's History of Styria was bound in a contemporary decorative green binding. 

  A book on Anatolia by a historian and diplomat Carl Jacob Burckhardt was printed by a private press in Munich in 1925 and was contemporary bound in an elegant half vellum binding. 

  A very rare gigantic road and transportation wall map of Romania was made in German language during WWI, in the year when Romania joined the Entente Powers.

  A German military map was bound in a highly decorative red binding with gilt embossed royal coat of arms. 

  A fascinating, extremely rare Turkish 20th century map by a military historian Hakki Tümerdem shows the development of the Battle of Dumlupınar, the last battle in the Greco-Turkish War in 1922. 

  Very Rare – the first edition of an Admiralty chart that represents the first scientific survey of the port of Iasos, near Bodrum, on Turkey’s Aegean coast, site of a once great Greco-Roman port, by the esteemed hydrographer and naturalist Commander Thomas Graves.

  This is probably the first correct survey of the Bezengi Massive in the Caucasus, Russia, made in the mid 1960s by the Yugoslavian expedition, in cooperation with the Soviet mountaineers during the height of the Cold War. 

  A photograph of the social life around the Café of the Grand Hotel Central in Sarajevo, Bosnia, was made on the eve of WWI by a photographer Walter Tausch, who recorded the last images of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria and his wife minutes before their assassination in 1914 and documented the arrest of Gavrilo Princip.

[Aslan the Abrek. A Story from the Caucasian Mountains. By a German-Russian]   This rare book is the first European, non-Russian, story on a Caucasian abrek (a North Caucasian Christian soldier) and was published in German language in Jeglava, today in Latvia. 

  A rare pamphlet with Christian content in Syriac language was printed in Aleppo, Syria.
